ISSUE RESOLVED TestSafe

Issue with Web Eclair results showing in TestSafe was resolved 01/11/17 at 1740 hrs

NO Web Éclair in TESTSAFE Web Éclair (the results section) of TestSafe is experiencing technical problems. Laboratory results, dispensing information and test reports are currently unavailable.
We don't have a current ETA for this to be fixed   

What will you see?

After entering a Patient Search, or arriving from your Practice PMS the page opens on a BLANK Screen   

Can I see other information?

YES, all other information is still up and running   Click the Escape Key [Esc] on your keyboard.  TestSafe will  show the menu. You can then select Documents, Regional Visit View and Xero images  

We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and will advise when the system is fixed.
