Welcome to Test Safe

TestSafe is an clinical information sharing service provided by the northern region DHBs. It brings together results from DHB facilities, community laboratories, community radiology providers and community pharmacists

It gives healthcare providers access to a large range of health information including:

- diagnostic (laboratory & radiology) results & reports 
- DHB radiology images 
- clinic & community letters
- discharge summaries
- eReferrals  
- community pharmacy dispensed medicines
- hospital appointments

TestSafe helps healthcare providers 'complete the picture' so they can provide the best care to their patients.

TestSafe was officially released in early 2010.  Pharmacy dispensings began being viewable from mid 2010, the pharmacies were gradually added over 2010 and 2011, and the majority of pharmacy dispensings became viewable late 2010.
